The hotel rooms were so well insulated that I couldn't hear any outside noise, very comfortable and well decorated, but slightly small, and there was no socket in the bathroom. The service was welcoming, friendly, with a comfy bed and an amazing shower. The location was good, close to the central area of Lisbon but a bit away from the main tourist spots. The dining experience was nice, but some operational issues were observed during my stay. Facilities were good overall.
